• Celebrate effort and good play from both sides

encourage players to do the same
• Stay behind the touchline and within the

• When players make mistakes, offer them
encouragement to try again next time
• Never engage in, or tolerate offensive,
insulting or abusive language or behaviour
• I will make myself familiar with safeguarding
practices & review guidance on physical contact

Payments
Team player subscriptions – The first payment is due on 1st August of the playing season, followed by 9 further payments on the first of every month up to and including 1st May at the end of the playing season.
Training only subscriptions – Due to teams having a limitation to the number of registered players allowed or players choosing to train only and not play in matches, we offer a ‘Training ONLY Player’ option. This will consist of a monthly payment payable on the 1st of each month during the playing season.
New joiners throughout the season will be charged from the point of joining a team until the end of the season, on the 1st of each month with the last payment on 1st May.
If for any reason the player decides to leave the club, any monies paid will be forfeited, however if there is any money owed to the club this will be charged. If payment is not received within 28 days of leaving the club this will be escalated to Staffordshire FA. If any payment is missed the player will not be able to play until payment has been made.
